To whom it may concern,
the estate is privileged to have
been approved with a prepermit
to build 214 square meters.
This is a prerequisite on my
behalf to sell it. Had it not been
for this prepermit approval the
estate would not be for sale.
Having achieved this the road is
open to whoever buys it to
develop in the next 12 months a
housing project and submit the
appropriate construction
planning documents to the local
authorities! By the way, should
anyone decide to buy it we can
make arrangements if you wish
and I can support you during the
post purchase period
representing you with the
architect and civil engineer office
in whatever comes up. But this
only if you wish so.
As for the pricing of the estate, I
did some research on how much
the land is sold in that particular
area. Having done so I
discovered that the 1000 metres
is sold between 20.000€-35.000€
depending on the location (my
estate is 6.000 metres)!
Mind you that this area is the
only part of Zante island that
housing construction is gradually
developing and the capacity to
build detached villas is unique.
The price for this particular
estate especially now that a
prepermit has been approved is
150.000€.
